1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at yolo247marketers.com and any services provided by Yolo247 Marketers ("Yolo247", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Services

Yolo247 Marketers provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to: SEO, performance advertising, social media management, brand strategy, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement will be set out in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are described in the applicable SOW.
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
• Ad spend is billed separately and is the client's responsibility.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver effective work, we need timely access, feedback, and information from you. You agree to:

• Provide accurate brand assets, account access, and information.
• Respond to requests for review and approval within agreed timelines.
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Hold all necessary rights to materials you provide to us.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, code, and the Yolo247 brand — is owned by Yolo247 Marketers or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Client deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, except for our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies, which remain ours. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

8. Performance Disclaimer

Marketing involves third-party platforms, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour outside our control. We work hard to drive results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes (rankings, revenue, ROAS) unless explicitly stated in writing in an SOW.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yolo247 Marketers' total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees paid by the client to Yolo247 in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in the SOW. The client remains responsible for fees accrued up to the termination date.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yolo247 Marketers from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or content you provide to us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your jurisdiction].

13. Changes to Terms
