How refunds work at Yolo247 Marketers — when they apply, what's covered, and how to request one.
1. Overview
Yolo247 Marketers provides services on a project, retainer, or hourly basis. Because our work is custom, time-intensive, and often dependent on third-party platforms (ad spend, software subscriptions), refund eligibility depends on the type of engagement. This policy explains how it works.
2. Service Types & Refund Eligibility
Strategy & one-off project work
Strategy decks, brand sprints, audits, and other one-off deliverables are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before kickoff, you will receive a full refund minus any onboarding costs already incurred.
Monthly retainers
Retainer fees are paid in advance for the upcoming month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the notice period are non-refundable, as we have allocated team capacity to your account.
Performance ad management
Management fees are non-refundable once a billing month has begun. Ad spend held in third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is governed by those platforms' own refund policies.
Custom development & design
Custom builds (websites, landing pages, creative assets) are billed in milestones. Each completed milestone is non-refundable. Future milestones can be cancelled with written notice.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund:
- Email billing@yolo247marketers.com within 14 days of the charge.
- Include your account name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
- We will review and respond within 7 business days.
4. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. International bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
5. What's Not Covered
- Dissatisfaction with marketing performance where deliverables were completed as agreed in the SOW.
- Third-party platform fees (Google Ads, Meta, hosting, software).
- Work already completed and approved.
- Cancellations made without the required notice period.
6. Disputes
If a refund request is declined and you wish to dispute it, contact legal@yolo247marketers.com. We will engage in good-faith discussion to reach a fair resolution before any party initiates formal proceedings.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Active engagements are governed by the policy in effect at the time of contract signing.
